Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Ready-made pieces are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days. These processing times are separate from carrier transit times. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is handmade, I review return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery if something isn't right.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your pieces away from water, perfume, and direct sunlight to preserve their natural beauty. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing.
