Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Kayla's Collective! This policy explains how I ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Ready-made pieces are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time; Express shipping does not shorten processing time.

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside of my control.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $8, with free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. All prices are in USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, I'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

I currently ship within the United States.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact me as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact me and I will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit I'm unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
